Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
Ingredients
Sugar, wheat flour, palm fat, fat-reduced cocoa powder (4%), salt, corn starch, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid).

Baking time: 20–25 mins
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C for fan assisted ovens or refer to manufacturer’s instructions)/Gas Mark 4. Grease a square tin (20x20cm) or preferably line base with baking parchment or greaseproof paper.

Stir brownie mix, water, oil and egg (or brownie mix, butter and eggs) in a bowl until well blended. (Mixture may be lumpy). Do not eat unbaked batter.

Spread evenly into the baking tin.

Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a rounded knife inserted 5cm from edge of tin comes out almost clean. Cool and cut in 16 pieces (or 12 for larger brownies) before serving.
