Delivery, Payment & Returns
- Minimum order for home deliveries is €25,00
- Home deliveries take place either before 10:30 or after 18:00 between Tuesday and Friday. The cost is €4,95 per delivery.
- We deliver within a 10km radius of the shop, delivery is charged at €4,95 per order. If you live outside a 10km radius, please contact us for a quote.
- We deliver to a maximum of 25km from the shop.
- Minimum order for Post NL postage is €10,00
- Postage of goods will take place every Tuesday/Thursday
- Cost of delivery up to 10kg is €10,00
- Cost of delivery over 10kg is €17,00
- This covers postage and packing materials and handling
- For delivery - payment options accepted are IBAN transfer or at your door via cash, credit card or PIN.
- For shipping - payment option is IBAN transfer.
While we don't anticipate you will want to return an item, we understand that sometimes you might need to! Below you'll find an overview of our return policy.
From the date of purchase you have 14 days to return an item. If you have an item you'd like to refund, please contact us prior to returning the item so we can help you with your return!
For a product to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The buyer is be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a total purchase refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
