Delivery, Payment & Returns

We've made a portion of our products available for sale online. Our shop is in testing mode, please send feedback to info@atasteofhome.nl

If that does not work out, give us a call to place your order by phone. We're happy to help create your order and tell you about our current availability of products. Alternatively, you can send your request via the contact form on this site, along with your address to speed up the process. We will respond with IBAN and invoice for your order.

We usually ship same day Tuesday-Sunday around 16:00, so most of the time you'll have the products the next day (in NL). Coronavirus and high season (November--December) may affect that to varying extents.

  • Minimum order quantity is €10,00
  • Cost of delivery up to 10kg is €5.55
  • Cost of delivery over 10kg is €12,75
  • This covers postage and packing materials and handling
  • For shipping - payment option is IBAN transfer.
Returns

While we don't anticipate you will want to return an item, we understand that sometimes you might need to! Below you'll find an overview of our return policy.

From the date of purchase you have 14 days to return an item. If you have an item you'd like to refund, please contact us prior to returning the item so we can help you with your return!

For a product to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a total purchase refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
