Delivery, Payment & Returns

Almost (90+%) all of our products are available for sale online. Frozen and chilled products cannot be purchased online, there is more frozen and chilled in stock than advertised online. In general if a product (ambient, chilled, frozen) is listed as in stock, there is usually a pretty good chance that it will be in stock in the physical store too, however, it's not a guarantee: someone may grab the last one before you show up.

If our webstore does not work for you, give us a call (or send a WhatsApp message) to place your order. We're happy to help create your order and tell you about what we stock. Alternatively, you can send your request via the contact form on this site, along with your address to speed up the process. We will respond with IBAN and invoice for your order.

We usually ship the same day if you have placed your order Tuesday—Sunday before 16:00, so most of the time you'll have the products the next day (in NL). It's not exactly a guarantee (we give no strict guarantees regarding timelines as we rely on our partners for delivery) but it's been our observation that it's exactly what happens in 99.5+% of cases. There is one exception to this: during the high season (November—December of any year), order assembly and delivery may take longer.

  • Minimum order quantity is €10,00
  • Cost of delivery up to 10kg is €6,95
  • Cost of delivery over 10kg is €13,90
  • This covers postage and packing materials and handling

While we don't anticipate you will want to return an item, we understand that sometimes you might need to! Below you'll find an overview of our return policy.

From the date of purchase you have 14 days to return an item. If you have an item you'd like to refund, please contact us prior to returning the item so we can help you with your return!

For a product to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a total purchase refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.


You must be over 18 years old to purchase alcohol in the Netherlands. This applies to our store. An ID check will be performed at the door, keep that in mind when ordering.
