Betty Crocker Tempting Chocolate Icing, 400g

Ingredients

Sugar, palm fat, water, invert sugar syrup, fat-reduced cocoa powder (5%), emulsifiers (E471, E435, E481), sea salt, preservative (E202), stabiliser (E450), acidity regulators (E330, E524), natural flavouring.

Preparation instructions

Stir ready to spread icing, at room temperature, with a rounded knife.

Spread or pipe onto your cooled Betty Crocker cake or cupcakes.

To glaze:

1. Spread a very thin layer (about 1/3 of the tub) over cake.

2. Remove foil seal completely before placing in microwave. Place the tub with the remaining icing in the microwave uncovered. Microwave at 800W for 20 seconds. Stir thoroughly until smooth. If too thick to pour, microwave for 5 to 10 seconds more.

3. Pour icing over your cake so that it drips down on the sides.
