Ingredients
Parsnip (90%), sunflower oil (3.5%), modified potato starch, rice flour, honey (1%), potato starch, salt, dextrin, raising agents: sodium carbonates, diphosphates; thickener: xanthan gum, dextrose, capsicum extract, turmeric extract.
WAYS TO COOK…
For best results cook from frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving.
OVEN — FROM FROZEN
Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C / Gas 6.
Remove required amount from packaging.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 25–28 minutes.
Turn half way through cooking time.
AIR FRY — FROM FROZEN
Based on a third pack
Set temperature to 180°C.
Remove required amount from packaging.
Place into air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 13–15 minutes. Turn half way through cooking time.
