Frequently asked questions
Indeed, we do. All you have to do is select "post.nl pickup point shipping" during checkout. What's slightly confusing is the fact that you select the actual pickup point in your neighbourhood on the "Thank you" page after you pay, and that part of the interface is only in Dutch at the time of this writing. We hope to make it clearer in the future. Read more here.
After your order is fulfilled, you get a track and trace link from post.nl, our partner. It contains an estimated time of delivery. If it's not in your inbox, please check the spam folder in your email. If it's not there either, please reach out to us by responding to the order confirmation email, you should have at least that. We will promptly look into your inquiry and make things right.
This is done automatically. All you have to do is navigate to a page of a product that is currently out of stock. It will show a big red "Notify me" button. Then you hit that button and fill in your email address. It will ensure you are emailed when the product is back in stock. Note that all emails are stored encrypted by a third party, we never see them and we never use them directly. Therefore, they cannot be used for marketing purposes or any other purposes apart from sending out notifications.
1. You can park right in front of the store before 11:00 (we open at 10:00, except for Sundays). Note that you will need to leave the centre of Haarlem before 11:00, the bars are raised at precisely that time.
2. If you're coming after 11:00, parking garage by the name of De Appelaar (Parkeergarage De Appelaar) is 200 meters away from the store.
3. Depending on your plans for Haarlem on the day of your visit, other parking garages may suit you better. They tend to be a bit further away from the store. Good value for money tends to be ParkBee, Interparking Haarlem Centraal. These two better be booked in advance. There are many others, like Houtplein, Raaks, de Kamp, they tend to be more expensive.
