Ingredients
Irish pork (57%), water, pork fat (8%), rusk (Wheat flour (Wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin (B3), thiamin (B1)), salt, maize flour, salt, sugar, stabiliser (pentapotassium triphosphate), dextrose, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), preservative (Sodium Sulphite), sunflower oil, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), herb extracts, colour (carmine).

Cooking instructions
Cooking times may vary; these are guidelines only. Defrost completely in a refrigerator before cooking.
Frying: Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan and cook over a medium heat for 10–12 minutes. Turn the sausages occasionally.
Grilling: Place the sausages on a rack under a preheated grill and cook over a medium heat for 10–12 minutes. Turn the sausages occasionally.
Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Storage instructions
Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not use after the best before date. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
