Christmas Pudding with Vine Fruits, Cider and Rum, Glacé Cherries and Almonds
Ingredients
Vine Fruits (34%) (Sultanas, Raisins), Sugar, Cider (14%), Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Rum (5%), Palm Oil, Glacé Cherries (2%) (Cherries, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Colour: Anthocyanins, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Humectant (Glycerine), Molasses, Almonds (2%), Brandy, Mixed Peel (Orange Peel, Lemon Peel), Water, Mixed Spice, Salt, Yeast.

Also, may contain traces of other nuts.
Warning: Although every care has been taken to remove stones and shell, some small pieces may remain.
Suitable for vegetarians.
REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove outer packaging.
TO STEAM: Leave in basin with film lid on. Place the basin in a steamer over boiling water and steam for 1 hour. Ensure the water does not enter the pudding. Do not allow the steamer to boil dry.
TO MICROWAVE: This is a guideline only. We suggest that you consult your Instruction Manual. Pierce film lid and place in microwave on a microwaveable plate.
Heat on full power: 800W for 3 minutes or 900W for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving and check that it is piping hot.
